Six Major Things That We Tend To Forget When We Are Building Muscle Mass

Who does not want a perfect V-shaped figure? Imagine walking along the beach and the attractions we could get from the bikini babes. Hey! Stop dreaming and here are some reminders that most of us tend to neglect while building muscle mass.

1. Plan your schedule
Frankly speaking, building muscle mass is not merely working inexorably, it is all about working smart to get the best result. Plan your schedule by working out different muscle groups on different day. Do not work the same muscle group on two consecutive days because this would only provide negative effect and slow down your muscle recovery.

2. Eat something 1 hour before working out
You would need energy to do a session of gym. Believe me, by eating a light meal 1 hour before your work out, you would have more energy to lift heavier weights and will become more durable.

3. Train your cardio for 15minutes at the end of the session
This would effectively burn your fats so that you can see your muscle popping out. This is a must for training abs.

4. Pump protein within 10 minutes after the muscle building exercises
Many people tend to neglect this because they procrastinate and would pump protein only few hours later. This would reduce the effect of the gym session. By pumping protein as soon as after every bodybuilding session, your body could easily absorb the protein to repair and build the muscle, hence maximize the effect.

5. Have a good rest
Some people tend to do extra trainings after they returned home from gym. Come on, this wouldn't work and would only provide negative effect. Have confidence in yourselves and have a good rest, thrust me, you will receive better result while resting instead of doing an additional set of push up at home.
