How To Get A Cut Body

People often wonder how to get a cut or ripped body. What does this mean? It simply means that you can see visible muscle tone on a person. You are able to see muscle details; you see the lines in the muscles, etc.

A person can be big and be cut or they can just be toned and defined and be cut. Having ripped muscles has nothing to do with size.

So what does it have to do with? What causes this defined look? It's as simple as fat loss. Of course the muscle has to be there to begin with, but what makes it show is a low body fat percentage.

Anyone who has been working out for a while knows that at times they are more cut than others. They can see that when they are at a lower body fat percentage there is lots of definition in their muscles. When the body fat goes up, they still have size but you cannot see the definition. Once the diet is tweaked and the individual is doing a little more aerobic exercise, the body fat goes down and you can see visible muscle cut.

Ladies-I know that the term 'ripped muscles' sounds a little gross. However, you can absolutely stay small and toned and have sexy definition that looks very feminine. You don't have to be a fitness competitor. This is not just for the boys! A lot of models have a cut look. (I am not speaking of the ones who look anorexic.) The healthier looking models have a nice toned look that is not too difficult to achieve. You can see their muscle definition because they have a low body fat percentage. They may or may not work out to get this look. Frankly, it doesn't matter. We all need to work out for health reasons.

Everyone's muscles will develop differently. I have a couple of male friends who both work out for the same amount of time, but they get such different results. One of them just has a very natural 'cut' look. The other gets a more 'bulky' look. They are probably both the same size, but the one who is more 'cut' just has the genes. Now, my friend who has a less defined look can still become more defined. It would just take more fat loss for him.

To summarize-Know that, even though you may genetically not be a person who is naturally defined, you can get those results with a little extra effort. Lift the amounts of weights you want several times a week (just have a good workout routine) and focus on burning fat. Your diet and amounts of aerobic exercise are key!
