How To Gain Muscle Fast

Have you ever been standing in line at your local market or bookstore and you see the guy on the cover of the latest fitness magazine and you think to yourself why can't that be me? I thought that at least a thousand times until that is I was tired of thinking about it and I started taking action. I am proof it is possible to gain muscle fast.

Here are some tips to gain muscle fast.

1) Never Perform More Than 10 Reps

When you lift more than 10 reps you are limiting muscle growth. Do not even attempt to go for number 11

2) Reduce Your Workout Time

Try performing more work in less time. The guy that lifts more in less time becomes muscular.

Next time you are at the gym, try to complete your workout in less time.

3) Do not exhaust your muscles, only one exercise per muscle group

4) 3-5 Sets per Muscle Group

5) Increase Your Strength Every Two Weeks

How can you expect to gain muscle if you continue to lift the same weights?

It does not have to be as hard as we make it out to be. With a proper diet and exercise plan you can achieve your goals. When was the last time you looked in the mirror and you liked what you saw? Or when was the last time you walked down the beach and you felt confident? It's time to take action and to put the magazines down, turn the television off and get the body you deserve and yes any skinny guy can have.
